Our three main services include Building Contractor, Project Management and Consulting.
Building Contractor
Projects that we undertake can be new or may be refurbishments and include both Residential and Commercial/Industrial developments.
Contracts may either be negotiated or priced on a tender.
Our average contract value ratio of previously completed projects since 2000 are:
- < R1Million – 9%
- R1Million to R5Million – 18%
- R5Million to R10Million – 27%
- R10million to R20Million – 21%
- R20Million to R50Million – 15%
- R50Million to R100Million – 7%
- > R100Million – 3%
Although we undertake many projects appointed as a Principal Contractor, we have also contracted in the capacity of subcontractor.
Furthermore, we have also completed a number of Turnkey projects and have professionals with whom we have long standing relationships.
Project Management
In our capacity as Principal Contractor, we are hands on and often our role overlaps that of project managing. We do however offer the services of project management solely and are open to working with various contractors managing every aspect of the construction project to ensure all deliverables are met.
Project management services are fee based and dependant on the size and complexity of each particular project.
Consulting
We have a wealth of experience and knowledge relevant to the construction industry. Our involvement in Continuous Professional Development and membership to industry associated committees assists in keeping updated with various legislation and regulations.
Consulting services include:
- Pricing and estimates
- Correct standards and methods being used
- Legal and contractual aspects
- Labour legislation
- Post build inspections
- Design and layout advice
- Structural
- Materials and alternatives
Consulting services are fee based and determined by the nature each case. They can be a fixed fee or hourly based.
